The European Union’s Market in Crypto-assets Regulation (MiCAR) comes into full effect on December 30th 2024. All ‘new’ obliged entities (crypto-asset service providers, token issuers, custodial wallet providers, stablecoin operators, etc) must be fully compliant on or before this date.
