Company builds an awesome product, makes it free for a lot of users, then create additional features and paid plans, makes a tonne of money. But then later decide they need to make more money, so focus on converting the free users to paid users. Hmmm ๐Ÿค” Surely this can't be the only viable business model? ๐Ÿค”
