@tkanos@twtxt.net I don’t know about girls, because haven’t raised one, but boys would, at certain point, label that “continuous discussion” as nagging, and parents as “boomers”, and will do whatever the hell they want. I know because I did similarly, and our not-a-kid-anymore does the same.

Bottom-line, advise, yes, but don’t be too strict because it backfires.
