Estive há uns dias a tratar da atualização do nosso server Nextcloud, mas comecei a procrastinar na altura de fazer o upgrade da major version (30 -> 31)

Como é bom sentir que valeu a pena adiar um esforço!
Pronto, era a versão do PHP no server que era demasiado recente para o nextcloud. Só que era o 8.2 que é o que vem com o Debian Stable, e não há packages para downgrade. Felizmente uma alma santa mantém um repositório de versões PHP para Debian e Ubuntu, mandei-lhe 10 paus porque acabou de me salvar o mês
Minha nossa senhora, o server Nextcloud a dar-me erros 500 e não aparece patavina nos logs, nem nos do Apache, PHP, nem uma micro-pista para perceber de onde vem o enguiço. EXIJO EXPLICAÇÕES COMPUTADOR
(não costumo vir rabujar sobre estas desventuras, vim ver se seria catártico, mas não, continuo com um problema bicudo)

@mckinley@twtxt.net I use spideroak backup, and switched from selfhosted nextcloud to proton drive.
Glad I got my test server that I can play around with. Been messing with docker today, and got nextcloud all set up the way I want, so now I can do the same on my VPS. Getting the hang of this now.
