@kas@enotty.dk my bad - Iâve been developing a twtxt client, hence the frequent requests. Iâm switching it over to use a fs cache for testing so Iâm not hitting the twtxt files so much.

Additionally, thereâs a lot that can be done by a client to reduce the network traffic and UI latency of twtxt without changing the protocol.
When it comes to performance issues, I honestly think the solution is just âdonât follow so many peopleâ. You only pull the feeds you read, and once oneâs feeds are too much for the computer to handle, theyâll almost certainly have far too much content for a person to actually read.

What about benaiah first idea for #issue48? It would be easy to parse, looks very unixlike and doesnât clash with the current syntax? I would implement it for txtnish, if it wouldnât be the only implementation⊠:)
Although that would seperate the network in clients that can or canât support some protocols. Not to mention if someone would mention me with my ipfs address and other with my http address
