@stutteringsteve@twtxt.net No Kubernetes or commonly called k8s or k3s or any other upty-nine other varieties are what’s called a “Container Orchestration”. Basically think of this as a “Process Supervisor” like SystemD or init – but with extended multi host capabilities and understanding of resources (CPU, Memory, etc) and does things like “bin packing” to fit containers and schedule them across a cluster of compute resources – Or otherwise known as nodes in a cluster.
