ÖVP-Klubobmann August Wöginger muss sich ab Dienstag vor dem Landesgericht Linz verantworten. Angeklagt ist er wegen des Vorwurfs des Missbrauchs der Amtsgewalt. Wöginger soll dafür gesorgt haben, dass ein Parteifreund den Vorstandsposten des Finanzamts für Braunau, Ried und Schärding bekommt. Der Prozess ist für elf Tage angesetzt.
