filter_and_lists
feature in yarnd
? 🤔 I still don't like where the Logout button is, but I've gotten used to it 😅 (you are right it's hardly used really)
@darch@twtxt.net I’m good with that 👌
As for where to put the logout button, I don’t k ow 😆
@darch@neotxt.dk It will 😆
ciberlandia.pt
that I believe you are following. I only know this from logs and because the Activity Pub implementation is still highly experimental and still fixing a lot of shit™ 😅
@marado@twtxt.net doing so will mean it was an explicit action from you and the internal state will be updated and new notes from those actors will no longer be dropped 👌

@marado@twtxt.net Yeah I’m just saying to unfollow and refollow any AP actors since I’ve made code changes that affect this 👌
@screem@yarn.yarnpods.com Yeah I somehow managed to make it work despite sucking at CSS 😆
@screem@yarn.yarnpods.com Nice 👌
Shall we promote the filter_and_lists
feature in yarnd
? 🤔 I still don’t like where the Logout button is, but I’ve gotten used to it 😅 (you are right it’s hardly used really)
I don’t understand what we’re doing here. We either ban the use of combustion fossil fuels or we don’t and let the Earth be scorched 🤦♂️ I thought Germany was a pretty progressive country 🤔
@screem@twtxt.net Well done! 👏 I can’t say I find public speaking easy or natural at al, takes practise for me. Did you imagine the audience all naked? 🤣
@screem@twtxt.net I managed to figure out how to rip-off and build that hover anchor thing last night 😅 You can see it here on the updated zs starter template demo 👌
I can't write to the topic. Thank you.
@robssw@twtxt.net What do you mean?
Morning all 😴
@stigatle@yarn.stigatle.no Nice 👌
@darch@neotxt.dk Sorry mobile app bug 😆
Think of yarnd
like a multi-user Twtxt client with a Web Interface, API and Mobile App 😅 (because that’s really what it is)
@jmjl@tilde.green When I announce news-type stuff? Manually 😅
@stats@yarn.meff.me Holy shi! 🤣 A very old pod I haven’t seen in a very long time has come back online 😅
@jmjl@tilde.green No this is correct Markdown actually 😅 Its just not very commonly used, but it is well supported with all the Markdown parsers 🤣
@adi@twtxt.net Ooops 404 🤣 Remember my bang website? 😅
@jmjl@tilde.green As I said, the capability is already there, we just don’t surface it very well beyond the “Followers” list and the “Profile” views. See
– What would be nice (maybe?) is some kind of in-app “notification”.
@jmjl@tilde.green Usually it’s surfaces in a user’s followers list but is only visible to the user obviously.
The hard part is easily identifying new followers.
@stigatle@yarn.stigatle.no It’ll be exciting to see for sure 👌
@jmjl@tilde.green To what end? 🤔 Like why?
@jmjl@tilde.green It did but we don’t surface it to users very well unfortunately 😢 Something to improve 🤞
@darch@twtxt.net Absolutely 💯
@darch@twtxt.net Yeah just putting out a Twtxt feed is enough 👌
@movq@www.uninformativ.de pool is an awesome game to watch! 🎱
hope you get well soon mate 🤗 hope you haven’t got anything too horrible! 👌
@jmjl@tilde.green It absolutely does! It supports both single-user and multi-user agents as described here:
@movq@www.uninformativ.de Oh boi how interestinf 🍿🤣
@shreyan@twtxt.net Hey! 👋 I just noted a Tweet you posted a while ago and thought I’d answer it here…
Are there any ways to POSSE posts from WordPress to http://yarn.social/twtxt? (https://shreyanjain.net/?p=133)
You could utilise the Yarn API that is quite easy to use and mostly published here

that I believe you are following. I only know this from logs and because the Activity Pub implementation is still highly experimental and still fixing a lot of shit™ 😅
@marado@twtxt.net Thanks! 🙇♂️
Apparenrly I have nothing to share of late outside of my work 🤦♂️
@marado@twtxt.net There appears to be a bunch of actors on the domain ciberlandia.pt
that I believe you are following. I only know this from logs and because the Activity Pub implementation is still highly experimental and still fixing a lot of shit™ 😅
twtxt_twtxt.1.02609awck4i9@dm4.mills.io | time="2023-03-25T16:53:25Z" level=warning msg="dropping note from https://ciberlandia.pt/users/edsantos to https://twtxt.net/user/marado/ since no-one is following"
In an effort to ensure we don’t receive and inject shit™ (spam) we don’t want nor ever followed, yarnd
will ignore actors for which no-one follows on the pod. So, can I get you to please do me a favour?
Please Unfollow and Refollow any actors you care about please 👌
@manton@manton.org Does this mention work now? 🤔
@lyse@lyse.isobeef.org Very nice indeed 👌
@jmjl@tilde.green Sorry I’m a little confused 😢
@stigatle@yarn.stigatle.no Good progress 👌 Hope you get the build working on all the platforms you care about 😆
@ocdtrekkie@mastodon.social Err I mean I was just seeing how much more I’ve fixed 😆
@ocdtrekkie@twtxt.net Oh Good was just seeing how much more I fixed 😆
Hey @ocdtrekkie@mastodon.social you awake yet? 🤔
@jmjl@tilde.green I’m not sure what you mean by:
Because yarn doesn’t seem to work properly with client discovery
Can you elaborate on what you mean?
As for parsing NGINX logs, I recommend using this tool
@stigatle@yarn.stigatle.no Ahh I see 😅
@stigatle@yarn.stigatle.no Slippery from the ice?
@jmjl@tilde.green Ahh you are right about client discovery! This us a thing 😆 However:
Is there any protocol to not need to go to each yarn instance and tell
them that a twtxt feed X exists?
Why would you want to do this?
@stigatle@yarn.stigatle.no Nice view 👌
Still need to debug this though 😅
