@bender@twtxt.net Yes, I see the same. Right-to-left Unicode breaks mutt (and apparently neomutt). It was once reported as an issue:

They closed it because the solution was supposed to be implemented in terminals … Apparently, that never happened?
@bender@twtxt.net My index formatting is intact, probably because I still haven’t figured out how to set up my terminal to show RTL text correctly! 😅 but hey, that won’t be a problem anymore, I don’t feel like twting in Arabic. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Alacritty doesn’t support TABs. Running a multiplexer locally doesn’t work well when you run another on your remote session. Uuuuuuugh! Nothing is ever perfect.
