How are you all doing today? :)

doing OK, still a bit sick (looking for a doctor has been a bit harder that I expected)

Anything else is going smoothly, having a rest of work, exams, playing Inscryption and Pokémon, enjoying this slice of life basically.

Always nice to do a walk, and fun to test stuff like GPS and such :) I’ve been walking a bit as well today, but also had some nice time at home, I work a bit this weekend, so I’ve spent some time on that. But also we went to the mall and such. Now we’re baking pizza. And will watch a movie or something when the kids has gone to sleep tonight. :)

@stigatle@yarn.stigatle.no @movq@www.uninformativ.de Apart from some lovely shop time I was super lazy on the weekend. But today I walked 11.5 km in two hours. Unfortunately, it started to rain. I didn’t look at the weather forecast, so I was underprepared. A hunter in a high seat told me to have a lamp on in the dark. It’s now hunting season again.

Oh, home-made pizza is brilliant.

@lyse@lyse.isobeef.org @movq@www.uninformativ.de Oh, I had a experience this weekend as well, a dog was barking in the forest, sounded like something was wrong (it’s a fairly public area), I then continued my walk, and Nanook got more and more nervous, I then continued the walk, and Nanook froze. I could still hear the dog barking quite close. And then someone shot a rifle. I’m glad I did not walk up to where that dog was, I kinda wanted too, because I first thought maybe something was wrong. But it honestly weirded me out that they did this in such a place as they did, almost called the cops to be honest to check with them, but I did not at the time..

@stigatle@yarn.stigatle.no Holy cow, they shot the dog? Did I get this correctly? Or was it another animal (boar, deer, etc.) the dog was barking at and that the hunters then culled?

The scariest moment I encountered was yesterday when I nearly fell down twice that incredibly steep hill in the pitch-black. I didn’t want to walk on the footpath next to the country road, so I took an extremely long detour (like eight, nine, ten times longer) through the woods. Totally worth, though. :-)

@movq@www.uninformativ.de I checked the local police twitter, and they always post if it’s important stuff. And due to it’s location I’m sure other heard it as well when it happened. I’m thinking maybe it was a deer hit by a car or something that needed to be neutralized.
