@prologic@twtxt.net How cool is that! :-) @bender@twtxt.net Oh no, this is sad. :-(
@lyse@lyse.isobeef.org no need to feel sad! They are an invasive specie. Granted, it is pretty much 100% human fault, yet very much out of control right now. Just like pythons.
@bender@twtxt.net I see. Interesting articles, ta! Have you seen a python or iguana in the wild?
@lyse@lyse.isobeef.org pythons, once or twice (while driving through the Everglades). Iguanas many, many times. I have family living in Cape Coral, and they have lots. They hunt them every once in a while, but they are too many, and peace doesn’t last long. They eventually come back defecating everywhere (they seem to like to do it in boats, to the annoyance of my family, LOL).
South Florida, and the keys are full of invasive iguanas, sadly.
@bender@twtxt.net Wow, crazy. Well, at least your own place seems to be safe. Stay alert and don’t infect yourselves with salmonella.
