I have to hand it to our local Waste Management, replacing the garbage bin they accidentally cracked last week was a painless process. I contacted them via web chat after I discovered it, they scheduled for today, and delivered the replacement immediately after picking up this week’s garbage.

@axodys@octobloc.xyz you are lucky! In my city they do not replace them, even if they are the ones who damage it. If the lid is broken, they will send a guy to replace the lid, or mend the hinges, or patch the actual bin. It has to be irreparable for them to replace it.
