Nice, now that @eaplmx@twtxt.net mentioned it: I wasn’t aware that browsers offer a geolocation nowadays. (I hardly do any JS in the browser.) I added that to my 24h clock. 😊 (Background story.)

I have a miniature version of that clock in my status bar. I love it. Thinking about it: Building a real Arduino-based 24h clock, that I can put on my desk, might be yet another fun project. 🤔 (I probably had that idea many times already and never got to actually doing it.)

wow, indeed your 24 hours clocks is interesting.

I had a phase of time nerd and made a few clocks, and certainly a physical one with sun rise and sun set marks will be cool to make!

@movq@www.uninformativ.de Oh, this is so cool! Of course I knew that in winter days were shorter than nights, but this is the first time I actually see by how much. Super cool visualization, truly loving it! Funny that the clock is as gray as the outside right now. ;-) These days this resolution is indeed sufficient for me, but if I had a train to catch, seconds do count. It doesn’t matter too much if you’re at the station a couple of minutes earlier because it’s delayed anyways. But public transport is always on time when you’re late. It’s a strict rule. Nah, even required by law.
