woodser1 has released version 0.8.152 of the monero-java 3 library with the following changes:

Bundle native libraries with JAR for distribution by @woodser, @niyid, @everoddandeven
Replace include_directories with target_include_directories by @woodser
Remove old todo.txt by @woodser
