It’s not just Microsoft, most technology companies do the same thing. They will keep getting away with it until you do something. At what point will you stop letting them disrespect you this way? Where is the line?

@prologic@twtxt.net They clearly have no line. I’m asking the reader where his line is. Many people realize that Microsoft and friends are poison but choose to stick with them anyway for various reasons. I was there, too. It’s not a sustainable position.
I think it is sustainable for Microsoft, even if we don’t agree with it from a moral standpoint and freedom of choice. Get enough people sucked into your product and you have yourself a solid (albeit scrupulous) business 🤦♂️
