@carsten@yarn.zn80.net @lyse@lyse.isobeef.org FWIW IMHO at our scale I think is more work and burden on you to have to do this and when I was finding something that I wanted to use a “blogging” or “micro-blogging” platform, the “convenience” of posting quickly was almost as high a priority as “self hosting” and “owning my own data”.
So… I wouldn’t bother 😅 As we grow let’s build better tools together 👌 The fact is I personally enjoy reading some German sometimes, part of my brain starts to almost recognise bits/pieces if that makes sense 🤣 – But I still use a translator because well its not my native language.
See the same could be true the other way around too for native English speaking/writing…
