It is 2022 how the heck are you emailing someone login credentials including a password in plain text and then not even providing them the ability to change that password?

@abucci@anthony.buc.ci Yeah good on you! 👌 – I not so long ago told off a bank’s security department for not implementing “provable identity” mechanisms for their call centre staff where if you receive a call from their staff they have to prove to you that they are who they say they are.

Good thing is, they now do 😅
